I don't see much if any value in it. It is at least a dot com and recognizable words. It wants to be a catch phrase domain, but unfortunately the phrase isn't very popular. The better phrase to use would be "That's Correct" not "It's Correct" (it is correct English, but is awkward in the context of a brandable phrase domain name and less used in common speech). Google Adwords shows 590 searches for "that's correct" and 210 for "it's correct" - both very low for a catch phrase. I'd put it at regfee and $xx enduser (maybe low $xxx enduser if you get someone who's English isn't the best and they like it).
