don't buy .ma khti, you can't sell it to anyone not from morocco and there isn't a big domaining market in morocco, you'll have to look for an end user through outbound and it's not going to be an easy journey especially with the current culture that hasn't reached the level where they will be interested in such a domain instead, they will just look for a variation, .ma domains are a risky investment.
