If the domain did in fact sell at sedo for 75k it would fall into a domainer or domain investor selling it to another domain investor that thought he can sell it for a lot more, obviously this guy that owns it is not the guy that inquired about the value. The guy that bought it probably had money to burn and its a shame that its advertised on his site like its a 200 dollar domain 4 sale. Most people here can probably sell this domain to an end user at least double that this guy paid.Seems as if it sold for $75K at sedo. Around where I would price it end user.
Anti-aging is already a $100B+ market and will only continue to grow.
Agreed, although not saying an end user in this niche couldn't afford to fork up six figures, just that price range is quite optimistic for a "ger" ending name. I do not see it fetching a whole lot more than $75K even to a motivated end user, which is the highest recorded sale with "ger" ending. GoDaddy only has it at $20K.If the domain did in fact sell at sedo for 75k it would fall into a domainer or domain investor selling it to another domain investor that thought he can sell it for a lot more, obviously this guy that owns it is not the guy that inquired about the value. The guy that bought it probably had money to burn and its a shame that its advertised on his site like its a 200 dollar domain 4 sale. Most people here can probably sell this domain to an end user at least double that this guy paid.
If the owner is reading this I would like to take on this job. I would take 33.33% commission for anything I sell the domain for over 75K with a minimum of 1k,,the scale would start at 100k .if it sells for over 85k if that's less than your reserve. So example if I sold the domain for 95k I would get 1k. If I sold it for 200k I would get 33.33k for 250k 51.6k and so-on. let me know.
Maxtra ,I think you had it right in the previous post about the market size,One of my many jobs ,I wont say profession because I hated it and was very cut-throat executive recruiter.Agreed, although not saying an end user in this niche couldn't afford to fork up six figures, just that price range is quite optimistic for a "ger" ending name. Best of luck if you broker it.
