You should visit and see the place personally before buying any geodomains. Is it true? Not 100% but very much true.

For example.. Catalonia, Spain and Neom city, Saudi Arabia.

Very untruth! There are many tools to find stats about the geo location to know much about the place. If I may ask you, why must one traveled to the geo before buying?

Google is your friend when you want to know about a particular Geo location to get the population figure and etc

You should do whatever you want... if it's something legal and you have the funds, time and energy... imo.

It is common for most of domainers..

As long as we do proper research, we dont have any issues to buy any domains.
