I have to say reg fee or low $xx. It's not a highly searched term, and these key words are not high in value. It has also just been regged yesterday.

If you develop it , of course it has potential because it's easy to remember and can be used for a lot of different things as you said.

I have a few ideas about the domain.

If you google "You Must Own" you will see a lot advert like:

"500 CDs You Must Own Before You Die!"
"10 iPhone Games You Must Own"
"stocks you must own"
"movies you must own"
"books you must own"
and so on...

Will be great for blog, web magazine (also print version) like wired, gizmodo...
