1: i add your link and you add mine ( site wide )
2: I add your banner 88x31 on my index you add my link on a nice location on your index.
3: THE BEST : You add my banner 88x31 on your index and i add you banner ( 468 x 60 ) on my header on all the pages ( it will be randomly shown )
