I have found that Yahoo loves my .in domains, I have high rankings in some very competitive keywords. Google Adwords seems to have a good inventory of 'ymca' advertisers.

I wouldn't put too much weight on your Sedo results, I doubt the .in domain would get many typeins. You should probably make your own SEO'd landing page.

My guess is that you could get 1K - 1.5K USD for ymca.in.
