Agree ... possible ™ issues here, as I see it. Whether or not this occurs is secondary to the perception or chances of it occuring, which will too limit valuations. Reg. fee+, IMHO. Utilize caution if marketing directly to End user(s).

Does he have a "licensing agreement" in place with Disney? Have there ever been any contacts made between the two parties? Are there clear disclaimers and use of ™ rights on the site (appear to be at the bottom)? Hard to generalize, IMHO.
