names are JUST examples- not the real names-
i have a site in the singular form- say car.com
and someone else has the plural, cars.com
and there is a trademerk on cars.com BUT, the trademark says:
Providing links to web sites of others featuring hotels; Hotel information services
yes, the description has NOTHING to do with the name. this is not the name, but the name in question has nothing to do with hotels, yet this is the description listed in the trademark? i am confused by the description, because it literally has nothing to do with the domain name.
anyway, can they come after me for the singular? even parking it at sedo shows ads for what the name is, not what doesnt match in the description-
do you know what i mean?
