Yet another TLD --> .cat

In a nutshell:
Authorities have handed the eastern Spanish region of Catalonia 'virtual' national status by approving ".cat" for Internet sites in Catalan and pertaining to Catalan culture.
ICANN validated a submission by Catalonia's Associacio PUNTCAT (http://www.puntcat.org) which was made on March 16 last year.

I dont see good business in the tld
There is no direct connection and i would put money better in other domains

Well in some way all these new (sometimes non-sense) extensions set up by ICANN can be viewed as a way to squeeze more cash out of us :hehe:
