I am not sure where you got your results, but you need to search in quotes. In Google I see -

Results 1 - 10 of about 2,160 for "Sensexs"
Results 1 - 10 of about 603 for "Sen sexs"
Results 1 - 10 of about 17,500 for "Sensex's"

Well, whenever a person wants to search anything on the Internet, be it Google or yahoo or Altavista, he always tries to search the general words. Now, if he needs anything in specific, he can use the Quotes. As per the observations, 99% internet users do not use quotes while searching for anything. Using Quotes limits the search and searches only for the specific words.

but you are asking for an appraisal of the exact term not all possible versions, so we need to take into account the term in quotes, it is how it's done...
and more important than google results are results of how often people search for the term. sensexs only has on average 46 searches per month on google, it is a very low count, so I wouldn't evaluate this domain highly...
