It depends, if you want a brandable site, then it isnt worth much. If you are using SEO Techniques for Keywords then it could be worth a lot.

cuz the - doesnt matter much many people prefere adding it to there domain name

I for one like the Hyphens in Names if it enhances readibility
Plus search engines just treat them as a space
value should be still ok compared to non-hyphenated names
in the right market.
Maybe 75% for .com Version
Myabe 50% for .info version
