Could you please give me your opinion on the value of XT5.COM. I've had an offer, but I am reluctant to sell at the offer price as I believe this name is quite appealing despite the fact that it is a combo.com.

I'd say ... $18.75 - $27.50+/+ in a Wholesale "Quick Sale", IMHO ... though there has been some added strength of late in the three - CHARACTER namespace, as well. This looks like an attractive combo, do you see any End user potential out there for maximum valuations (or possibly even the current Offer)?

Sure thing.

Unless you can locate a relevant potential End user, or are planning to develop the domain name yourself (as it does seem an attractive combination, in my view) ... I would sell the it for the offered amount. I'll assume it's a nice mark-up from your registration/acquisition price and you can then put those "profits" to work, IMHO.
