For marketplace auctions the reserve is already met at the start of the auction as the seller initiated the auction by accepting the offer as the starting bid and reserve price. If the domain does not receive additional bids during the auction period the buyer's initial offer is still binding and wins the auction.

I wanted to edit my statement but can't. Just to let you know, I'm not absolutely certain this is a "marketplace" auction. But I think it's probably safe to say that the initial bid will meet or exceed "reserve" price.

It is a bit weird, though, because usually when "Reserve Not Met" appears it shows you the expected reserve range.

It is a marketplace-auction with no reserve.

Sedo accepts at least 100 EURO / 109 USD as starting bid because the seller pays the fees.
