This is a pretty nice domain with moderate development potential. The sale price of the .COM is probably not relevant in this case. It is difficult to put a price on a .ORG name like this one.

My estimate is probably leaning a little on the conservative side. Good luck.

This is Excellent Advice, many companies are gearing up Now for Xmas. For the potential end user it would take a while to get ranked as well, i would look to start sale now,
