Just an fyi if anyone buys this, you can verify this on the XenForno website,

The seller will have to generate a validation key in their customer area and give you the domain it's registered too and you'll be able to validate.

Is the license bound to a single domain or the registered domain can also be replaced?

It depends on how old the license is, I think if its older than 90 or 120 days it can be transferred. Anything before can't be and anything past the year has to be renewed before it can be transferred (renewal is only $40).

The money you pay is for the support, and access on the website which is the same as vBulletin. To extend support for 12 months (to get updates) it's $40 per year after that.
