you already basically replied to yourself - term old dvds is pretty aged, but also technology is pretty aged..seems it peaked sometime around 2008 .. comparable like raredvds or freedvds or sell dvds shows value around mid-high XXX in 2017 - I would say though there are some end users - collectors who might pay even low XXXX, depends on who you will get in touch
