You will run into a high chance of receiving a cease and desist letter if you try to sell this. We can both link back and forth material but the fact is that its trademarked so they have the legal upperhand from the beginning. Look up udrp cases with the word realtor and you will see what I mean. Will it happen right away? Probably not and you can even take a legal fight on if you want to. All i am saying is to not invest in something that has a high chance of being taken / nulled.
