Unless developed, I can't see this one worth more than reg fee. Personally, I don't really see what you could develop this name into.

I figured it should make a good domain for a company that registers available domains (i.e. Go Daddy, Domains, Register). The company would list available websites and tell you if your requested domain is an "unused website".

I wouldn`t count on that. If you have no development plans, then put it to quick auction here with start from reg fee. If you can`t sell in few days ask for refund and cancel domain - you can do it within 5 days from registration at GD. I personally agree with appraisal - reg fee undeveloped. No searches, no frequency, no usability.
