I just started a new links directory and wanted to get an opinion on the little tweaks and color combo that i have used. Please let me know what you think about the site.

FAR TOO MUCH GREEN!

Plus, green clashes with the blue links.

I'm sorry, but I seriously re-think your colour scheme.

Also, you've put huge adsense blocks before your content, people will think you're site is spammy.

And also, you're only allowed THREE instances of the Adsense code on any page, however, they may have changed it, correct me if I'm wrong.

Plus, change the font for Copyright � 2005 Real Web Talk, All Rights Reserved. - In Firefox, I get a question mark for where the symbol should be.

Now, this review may sound harsh, but I'm just giving an overview of what I would change with the site - It's nothing personal.

The colors clash. The background makes it very hard to read the text. I would use just a simple white background with blue or green text and a nice logo...

Looks better, but maybe reduce the size of the adsense - Just have a leader board at the top. On 1024x768 (the screen resolution I use), you need to scroll down JUST to read the content! Also, consider making the links a darker blue, as they still are a little hard to read.

Looks great now!

Even though I still think there is little too much advertising - it hides the content. You should make the main body text a little bigger, and think about removing those two large ad units at the bottom - engulfing your site with ads only makes it look spammy - not encourage clicks.
