It difficult to review a domain name without content, backlinks & pagerank..

Domain name is not important.. If you use atleast 30min. you can get many ideas for beatutiful names.. So..

Domain names can be appraised with or without content or development. If you are not willing to appraise a name then why post a reply? This is a professional forum and being rude will get you nowhere.

yes, domains can be appraised at face value with no content, here's an example :
I think this is worth about low $xx to mid $xx depending on what it was used for before and current traffic situation. Possibly more

It had been used as a hosting site for 8 years before. I belive it would have had some PR in that time but i currently dont use it for anything so i would say no to traffic.
