I know it sounds long winded but it kinda rolls of the tounge. Besides, there is a global shortage of nurses and it clearly defines what such a company would do.

I have had offers of $200 which I think I can improve on. What do you think. Should I sell at $200

It works fine for its purpose. Search "nursing solutions" in Google, you'll many of the top results have longer names than this.

The three words won't win any high offers from domain resellers, but I can see it being desirable to a company in the nursing industry. It would make for an excellent nursing services company name.

Indeed, many of the "top search" results are, in fact, as long or longer than your domain name, sandydonis. To an End user, possibly $250 - $400+ ... and as mentioned in this space and due to its three words and pure length, $35 - $50+ (at the wholesale/reseller level). If you put this one to work for re-sale to the proper "leads" (from Google), there is a good upside , all IMHO.
