its a premium Singaporean domain extension. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be worth?

Uhmmmm it's a great keyword, with a very very bad extension.
But, considering Singapore economy is growing up, i'd say it can fit into the low-mid $xxx range.

I don't think there is a market for .com.sg domains, the market is too small and there are some restrictions. Plus, domains can be registered in .sg nowadays...

Great keyword but no market for that extension. Very high variance for that but you never know, I've seen a lot of very weird sales.
