Due to being a "young" site it "dampens" the value a bit.
Currently upper $xxx I'd say.

With time progressing and more hits/visitors you will hit the $xxxx within no time. The rest is marketing, hits, visitors and ultimately you can make some decent money by selling your services.

Now I'm confused. I know that if you are trying to sell the same thing to 2 different people you should expect 2 totally different offers, but those differences are huge.

I am not saying that anyone here is wrong, because you all gave your honest opinions. Thank you for your help, but please help me understand how there could be that big of a difference. mid xx to low xxxx?

My best guess is the estimate of mid xx is an error in typing. Why would a site making $70 / month be worth mid xx? The ROI on that purchase would be nice.
