Unless you plan on developing it I doubt you will get any of type in traffic.
To type www.buypharmacies.com into your browser is not really intuitive for someone looking to buy a pharmaceutical business

parking-wise, i don't foresee any profit... there's probably high cpc, but the oddness of the name will have 0 visitors.

development-wise, the name suggests that it is selling pharmacies, which isnt going to go anywhere, ALTHOUGH you can try to stretch it a bit to be like "pharmacies where you can buy stuff" - buypharmacies. but that is a longshot so $0.
