It's a TM but that's the smallest.
The trademark is actually..Blu-ray 3D.

It has WAY too much .com competition for keyword.
Doesn't have any real end user potential.

It's a $0 domain. Grace Delete it.

Thanks for the input. Now is Blu-Ray just a technology or is it actually TM? I know that there are multiple .com blu-ray sites not affiliated with Blu-Raydisk.com (aka Blu-Ray Association).

It's a TM

Do a google search for TESS Trademark Search (that's the US) and WIPO Madrid (that's the Global)

Blu-ray was deliberately misspelled Blue-ray (the laser is blue spectrum).

Not sure they (lots of companies) spend a whole lot of time chasing down every one who has a site (there are hundreds). I think they're more worried about the technology and beating HDDVD (they did).
