I am interested in purchasing but would like clarification of "creator rights".

To my knowledge, normal "creator rights" means the Template Creator gets to keep a copy of the original files and can also display an image of the Template for Portfolio purposes; nothing else. The Template Creator cannot display a fully working Template anywhere on the Internet as then, it would be easy for anyone to grab all files & images.

If that is your understanding / agreement as well then please PM payment details.

Yes. You can't tell that the Layout is made by yourself.
Optional : If you want you should leave the Copyright there " Designed by Society-Arts "
