Ranks well in google and yahoo for some keywords example below of one ranking in google.

Traffic and Revenue

The site has yet to be monetized by me.

The site recieves on average 150 UV a day, about half through search engines. Nearly all the traffic is targeted.

I have a price in mind that I would ideally like to sell the site for.
