Hi,
I have developed a community website script from the ground up. This is a unique script that was developed for a local community site - I am selling the full script and reseller rights to it. It's a one off so can offer some post sale support and modifications if required, but should be fairly easy to modify and customize to your needs with basic HTML, CSS and PHP knowledge.
The script features:
As stated, it's a fully custom built site. It utilizes CakePHP so is developed using the MVC approach so should be easy to develop and modify as the design is seperate to the PHP code. The site requires a MySQL DB.
Sale will include full rights if you wish to rebrand and resell this script to customers or other people. It has many uses as a community website CMS.
Looking for just $50 which will include installation instructions to get you started, but for that price I can't offer modifications or bug fixes (should you find any issues). This would be a great script to offer to your web design/host customers, or to package up as a solution to sell on via another site.

- Full membership system - registration, login, restricted areas. Custom scripted captcha during signup to help reduce spam.
- News - displays news stories
- Places directory - categorised directory (of places but could be anything) with basic search and homepage widget
- Discussion - custom built discussion board for members
- Buy/Sell listing - users can list items for sale or that they want to buy and members can respond to them. Allows the upload of images of items for sale.
- Admins can
- Set random banner adverts to display on the site
- Post and edit news stories (and upload news images)
- Edit places in the directory and categories
- Edit discussion posts
- Edit buy and sell listings and categories
- Manage users
- all from the web interface.
