Pricing:
You get the blog set up with theme and everything. I just post articles:
weekly update: $20,
monthly update: $7
I set up a proper theme (not unique, from free WP themes galleries) and set up blog:
+$5 extra
Payments via Paypal. I would accept Moneybookers if you didnt have Paypal. But Moneybookers is the last resort ...
