I am looking for someone who can code from psds.

I am working for huge project which has approx 20 unique pages which needs to be hand coded and to be precise with what kind of pages they are, some examples below.

Homepage
Category page
Sub category page
about us

and so on....

This a normal website and has nothing to do with any script.

Are you ready to take up this job with the following guidelines?

1. Commented css code for future
2. w3c Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict
3. Table-less Coding 100% css
4. SEO Semantic Coding, Complete Presentational Separation
5. Optimized for Loading Speed of the site.
6. Commented Markup
7. Opera Browser Compatibility
8. Safari & Google Chrome Browser Compatibility
9. Implementing Rollovers on design
10. Implementing Dynamic Menus (Main Navigation)
11. Resizable Fonts
12. W3C Valid Shorthand and Optimized CSS

Please reply if you have enough itraders (minimum 20). Also please get in touch only if you are able to present a strong psd to html portfolio. This project is in design phase and is expected to be finished in 3 weeks.
