I may pay $10-$100 EXTRA if I think it is a very very very nice design.

This theme must view nice with the Joomla/SMF module. Once I find a designer, I will give you more info on what to do. Also, this theme must not be table based. Everything must view perfect, so no bugs/errors. If there are any, you must fix it/support me.
