As the title says, I'm looking for a Joomla expert.
When I say Joomla expert, I mean someone who know/can do the following:
1. Extensive knowledge about current extensions and what can be accomplished using them.
2. Be able to modify basic Joomla and extensions (in other words know PHP and how Joomla can be modified with raw PHP-code)
3. If we need a function that isn't supported as standard or by extensions, then you must be able to program it yourself
4. You or someone you work with must be able to offer a unique design or a heavy modified design based on an existing theme.
