I'm looking to buy a website which has some traffic coming to it already, no revenue is needed.

50+ uniques per day would be nice although I am willing to go less than that if the traffic is regular and the site has been established for a while.

Domain, design and content to be included in sale.

Don't have a budget in mind, I'm happy to pay for quality.
