We do not tolerate spamming. The first two times we ask you to look at your vps and your code to see how and why spam is coming from your vps. Spamming continued and had no choice but to suspend the account.

Per our TOS - Any account will be terminated--but instead of terminating your account right away we let you go back into the vps and fix the issue. When terminating an account via spamming or an other abuse there will be NO refund.

SO I wouldn't call spamming a bulls**t reason at all.. Every hosting company should and would take this seriously.

yeah, now thats pretty strange, CONSIDERING I DISABLED (UNINSTALLED) ALL SMTP MAIL ON THE VPS, it would be impossible for the spam to have been coming from my vps other than through one of the proxies as I tried to explain.

All I was seeing on the vps was failure receipts like when someone is using your domain as the reply-to in their spam, surely you can tell the difference, and theres nothing anyone can do about that.

I stand by what I have said.

The email was coming from your server's ip. We don not use the "from" domain to determine who is spamming.

Strange or not-- it was happening.

what is your suggested memory on vps for proxy

Not sure who you are addressing that question too.. But that would depend on your proxy server and how many sites you are hosting as well as control panel you are using.

I would say between 256-512MB would be more then fine.
