DirectAdmin VPS hosting needed

A couple of months ago I had a similar thread where I choose Resellerways.com:

But it seems, suddenly without any notice, that they are out of business, at least thats what their support e-mail tells me after a norespons from them for a week about why my minisites was down. You can read about them here:

So I am again looking for a VPS hosting.

Please read my requirements carefully, please.

MY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have been in business at least 2 years
- VPS hosting
- DIRECTADMIN control panel (A MUST)
- 256MB guaranteed RAM
- 20 GB Disk space
- 100 GB Bandwidth
- No restrictions on amount of domain names
- root access offcourse (thats why I need VPS)

Budget: $12


I am going to use the hosting for mostly my minisites (a couple of hundreds of them). Most of them are just one-two paged html minisites, so they do not need so much cpu power.

Ones the account is setup, you will forget I am there at all, as I am a very easygoing customer without much need for support.

I am looking to see your offers, and again please read my requirements before you post.

Yes, I was thinking of fusedhosting.net too, but there is a minor difference from my budget to their price at their website.
