1) You cannot establish a fair re-seller price for them. I am a re-seller, not an end-user. If an end-user is not willing to pay even 100 USD for the name, don't ask 500 or even 50 USD for it. The worth of that name is not more than 10 USD. When I specify 500 USD as the upper limit and you quote that price, please offer me the gems, not the pebbles. I would love to buy them. I value my time and the time of every other professional.

2) You don't own those names or can't push them to my account instantly. If these names are listed somewhere and are likely to be sold within 24 hours, don't PM these names to me.

3) You can't prove your legal ownership. If WHOIS records don't reflect that you are a owner and you fail to or don't intend to prove your ownership, and you expect me to make the payment first, that deal won't happen. If you are a new NP user and don't have positive ratings, we'll work out the solution to it, provided you are flexible too.
