It has multiple image upload, no membership quick upload, direct linking allowed, it gives URL's for direct linking, forums, etc, etc.

NDEX page only from October 1st to today there have been over 6500 visits and over 9500 pageviews
That being said Traffic was slow when I first got it but has built up nicely. Since February 1st there have been 3,054 visits and 4790 pageviews on the index page.
My analytics code is not set up to track the other pages such as the upload page (which gets solid traffic based on adsense page impressions), image views, etc. Therefor the actual number of traffic is likely much higher if you include all pages.
The main traffic source is Asian. SInce October 1st, Chinese (China, Taiwan, HongKong) traffic has made up approx. 50% of traffic. However, English speaking traffic (US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc) has been growing steadily with no promotion.
The site is not very well optimized for adsense and earns less than $10 a month. Sometimes less than $5. The strength here is not in the current adsense though, but in the potential. You're getting a fully functional image hosting site, with very solid traffic, a valid PR4 domain name and great keywords (FreeImageHosting).
The potential for this site to be optimized and promoted is very high. Unfortunately I just don't have time to do it.
My asking price for this site is $750 but reasonable offers will be considered. Buyer is responsible for transfering site to his/her host.
