I have unique-type-in traffic looking for tv/movies etc.

I can just forward the traffic to you......or you can lease this domain and use it as you wish. These are the real unique visitors I am talking about......

Alexa rank for the domain is very good wordwide and below 100,000 in USA/UK/Canada.

We do pretty good in ppc already. So I won't be tempted to lease it unless I can get ~15cent/unique. Domain gets about 2500 uniques/day (keeps going up every month) and its all pre-qualified traffic looking for tv/movies related stuff. There are no links etc for this domain, thus its not link traffic.
