These are my requirements:
-must allow adult content (but not all my sites are adult)
-no additional fee for hosting multiple domains & databases

If you are able to manage a VPS and are happy with DirectAdmin I recommend checking out http://fusedhosting.net/vps.php and purchasing the unmanaged medium vps plan with directadmin (totals $24.99 per month).

Are you wanting a shared account? or reseller? Do you have requirements on control panel (I can provide DA or cPanel shared and reseller accounts).

Jail SSH is added per request on the shared and reseller. Complete root ssh comes with the VPS.

FYI:

As of 1-7-09, after only being in business less than two months and with no notice to its customers, ResellerWays.com shut down; they just closed, and their servers were turned off for non-payment. Mike Shockley, owner of Rsw, was also the owner of the hosting company formerly known as WarmWebHost (his other now defunct hosting company) which also just shut down one day last year and never came back. You can search on hosting forums such as webhostingtalk.com and hosthideout.com for more detailed info on either business.

Yes, this has been one of my biggest issues! I prefer SSH to CPANEL, because it's easier to get simple tasks done like editing & downloading files. Also, my home box is a piece of crap and I'd like to be able to develop my php on a legit shell account.
