I am looking to purchase a file hosting script with the following features:
The script only needs to be able to host .zip files... it doesnt need .swf support or any of that junk.
Price under $20
Membership Plans + Guests are allowed to upload for free (not as big or as many downloads)
Non-Encoded
Configure the Size and limit of dowloads
DOwnload Timer
(optional but wanted) Upload and/or Download Progress bar
