Established WTB: Established Sites PR5 and Higher

I want to buy established sites (At least 1 year) with PR5 and higher if Google backlinks are from diferent domains and specially interested in :

- Image hosting sites
- File upload websites
- Forums (phpBB and Vbulletin based)
- Directories
- Any plain html if content is unique
- Lyrics and article sites if are strongly backlinked at google
