Established [WTB] Developed forums and member sites

Hi.

Im interested in buying developed and / or active forums and sites.

By developed / active i mean they must have at least a few posts/content added every few days.

An average of 5-10 (and above) active users posting weekly is fine, less than this isnt.

Preferably im looking for either VB or SMF based forums (though i will consider others) though if VB the license must be an owned one and not leased as these cant be transferred.

Budget? None, if i like a site ill buy it.

I can make up a video game forum and get 75 members in less than a week with 10-20 guaranteed to post weekly and none of them will be paid posters how much would you pay for that?

If you want a formerly active site, I recently took the forums off of tech-zone.org and made it a link directory.
