[WTB] Custom Coded Adult Tube Script

I am looking for someone to custom code a site for an adult tube site.

*It should be something like xclip.tv but different in design and all.
*It is for a .tv domain that i have and i will like to monetize it with affiliate links.
*It should be able to scrape videos from existing major porn/adult sites like redtube, etc.

Budget is low $xxx to high $xxx at most. Preferably mid $xxx.
