WTB: Cheap PR1-PR2 Links

Hello everyone. I am looking to purchase PERMANENT PR1-2 links. I will be paying $1 for PR1 and $2 for PR2 links. These can be on subpages, they do not have to be main page links on high traffic sites.

Please no directories (unless they are web hosting or web design directories)

Also please note, I will NOT be paying anymore than this price for the links. If you are looking to get more please do not ask.
