I'm looking for a car classifieds website. I would like people to be able to search by year, model, make, price, and keyword.

I'm looking to spend under $50.

I'm not looking for people just to build one from scratch. I'm also looking for a turnkey one people have for sale. I'm keeping all of my options open. I've seen turnkey ones go for as low as $29.
