What do you think? I've just registered it. The domain was deleted and available again.

Could be a great domain for a "free Wordpress themes" site including a WordPress forum, blogging tips & tricks, etc. I know, it would be good to develop it, but I'm not planning to do it with one. So I wonder how much could it be worth undeveloped?
