Ok I am putting this Theme for Sale at a Price

Conditions before Selling.
For personal use, I'll still retain a Copy of .PSD of this File and I can sell it to more users if I need to. To get Full Custom License For this Theme, that is no more further Selling from my Side, you'll have to Pay $110.00 (Onetime Fee). And I'll give you the list of all the personal users of this theme beforehand. A mail would also be sent to all the personal users, informing them of the owner change.
The Template will reside in my Portfolio as my design, and you'll have to link back to the site if you are buying the personal version. (The latter part of the clause doesn't applies to custom version).
More custom pages in the theme can be designed by me for Custom License Owner for as low as $10.00/Page.

I corrected the theme a bit more on user's comments, and I'll do more for Free for custom license owner.
Note: In all cases, the design will still be uncoded. The Custom version just removes my privelege to sell the design further, making it possible for you to own the design permanently, and sell it further with your name.
