WP Modifications Needed ASAP

I need an existing wordpress theme skinned. This includes creating a new header image with logo and changing the background image to create a certain feel for the site.

I will email description of the feel I want.

I need this done ASAP. I've had two designers drag me a long for 2 weeks each saying they were working on this, only to pull out without delivering anything.

Again, I need this done ASAP.

Budget up to $150.

Do not reply if you can not complete this project by 9am EST tomorrow.

I am a web developer by trade and this doesn't sound like a big job at all. I can start now and i should be able to turn this around by this evening for you.
