Yeah, but that can be done with any domain! Therefore it's not about the domain, it's really about who can out seo the other!!

Well, this site won't get properly indexed with no html. It's flash-based, and while there is an algorithm that google has put out that can do searches for flash sites, it's not one that lay people would even know about. I would advise him to put some info on there that can be crawled.
